I bought my first house with Cheryl in 2007. I was impressed with how patient she was with my search, which took months. She showed me house after house and never pressured me to make a decision.
When it came time to sell my starter home as my family had outgrown it, I sought out Cheryl once again. She sold my house for my asking price on the first showing before we had even fully prepared to show it. And then she helped us find our next home.
I’m not sure I’ll be moving again, but if so, I’ll be looking her up once more.

Cheryl Huff was recommended to me by a family member. Cheryl was awesome in assisting me with the selling of my parent's homes. I explained to her how I wanted the houses sold and she understood my situation completely and delivered exactly as i had requested.
