I met Cheryl through a friend who is a real estate investor. At that time I had recommended her to my ex-husband who was selling his home, when it was still a tough real estate market. The house had been listed three or four times previously. Cheryl got it done extremely quickly for a much higher price than anyone else had predicted. In addition she and her husband ended up helping the move happen in time for closing (at 4:30 AM!! In the pouring rain). I then used her again when it was time for me to purchase my next home… It was a LONG search Cheryl was unbelievably patient, supportive and kind through this process!! She found us the perfect home and helped us negotiate a price that worked for us up against 10 other offers in one of the toughest fastest real estate markets we’ve seen in decades!!
