Cheryl, was extremely helpful in the selling my mother’s house. She was helping me search for homes when the sudden loss of my mother had me change course and reach out to help sell her home. She was very responsive, helpful, and caring. She kept me well informed. I never had to wonder where we were in the process. She made the is process very easy and painless. Sold my mother’s home in a little more than a month, which was amazing (and not easy in this current market).

We highly recommend Cheryl Lamghari and her son Brahim Lamghari. They were both absolutely the best, a fantastic working team. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the market, with Cheryl bringing 40 years' experience in real estate to the table. They were always responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to ensure our home was sold. For instance, when we closed before the buyers and moved out of state in the midst of a freezing snowing event, Cherly offered to make sure the home's water was dripping and the heat setting was correct for the unexpected freeze until the new owners signed and the home became theirs legally. Who does that? We were so appreciative. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their dedication, along with excellent communication, made them a standout realtor. We were so impressed the moment we met, by their professionalism and knowledge. They skillfully navigated the negotiations in a slow buying market and during an unexpected cold and snowy winter event with great expertise. We highly recommend them. They were patient, attentive to our needs, and always available to answer questions, even on the weekends.
