About Cheryl

~~Cheryl Littlejohn is a compassionate and caring Real Estate Professional with over 15 years in the real estate industry. Cheryl is a long-time Houston resident with a deeply ingrained love of real estate! She graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, where she majored in Merchandising and moved to Houston upon graduation. She spent decades in the Memorial/West Houston area before relocating with her husband, Mark, to The Woodlands in 2010.

Cheryl began her real estate career in the 1980’s as a property manager for a mid-sized commercial real estate developer. After staying home to raise her three children, Cheryl re-entered the world of real estate by becoming the research assistant for a residential real estate appraisal firm, preparing the preliminary research necessary for the appraisal process. These years were invaluable as Cheryl gained an understanding of the unique nature of the Houston and surrounding suburban markets. She obtained her real estate license in 2012 and began selling and leasing residential real estate throughout the greater Houston area.

She joined the top-producing Christine Hale and Associates, RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring, in order to provide her clients with the best possible outcome for their real estate transactions.
