Cheryl sure stepped up when we needed her. We had been looking for our forever home for years, but thought it just wasn't meant to be and the timing was not right. However, Cheryl only showed us one home, visited and got our offer in the same day it was listed, which is key in the current market when inventory is low. Our offer was solid and stuck out right away so, among 30+ other offers, they accepted ours, finally! We finally purchased our first home in May of 2021 and we couldn't be more pleased! Just a few months later and we are still happy with our purchase and making memories and cannot wait to make many many more! If you don't have a realtor, Cheryl will close the deal! She was super responsive, thorough, and transparent throughout the whole process, which can be super scary (being first time home buyers), but she got the job done with ease and utmost professionalism.
