Cheryl helped us to sell our 33 year-old home quickly and for the price we needed and also helped us maneuver through buying a new-build home. She is as adept at staging as she is at knowing all the legal/financial ins and outs and is the perfect mix of kindness, honesty, patience and bit-bull when necessary!
