Cheryl has managed my property for the past 3 years. She is great! I would not want to leave my property management with anyone else. She treats my home as if it is her own! After 3 years the home is in great condition and everything is always taken care of professionally and quickly. Very little involvement is needed from me. She takes care of all us, especially military veterans.

Mrs. Cheryl is an amazing realtor and property manager. She works hard and extremely well at making sure everything stays in top shape. She has a quick response to anything question you could possibly ask. If you are renting and repairs are needed she gets working on it so that it is resolved quickly. All in all she is amazing and the best property manager I could ask for.

She screened my tenant as if it were her house and 7 years later the tenant and I are both very happy. Cheryl helped us buy our first home when we were in our early twenties. Anyone who has bought a home knows how stressful this process can be. Cheryl made it so much fun searching and kept the process smooth and easy. Her spirit lights up every room and made us feel like family.
