Cheryl Spaulding

California Born and Raised. Cheryl is originally from Southern California and moved to Fresno in 1982. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for all things Real Estate. A former Peace Officer with the Fresno County District Attorney's Office, and a small business owner in Interior Design, Cheryl has acquired an ability to truly listen to her clients and navigate them through the home buying and selling process. She is a go-getter and gives 110% to every single client she helps. She believes that one of the most rewarding things in life is building relationships and with her big heart she cares about her clients best interests. When Cheryl isn't working she enjoys spending time on her own home renovations and walking her rescue doggies along the Beautiful San Joaquin River.
