It was an absolute pleasure working with Cheryl! She is very professional and serious about helping one find their dream house. She always came prepared with disclosures and all info about any home she took us to see. I actually had been working with another realtor prior to working with Cheryl ,and immediately canceled my contract with them when I first spoke to Cheryl on the phone. I instantly knew she was a real professional in her craft. She not only is prepared when she shows you a home, but she also listens and asks you questions about how you feel about the property.She

Cheryl is amazing. She was so excited to help me find and purchase my first home, which I absolutely loved. When the time came for me to move on from that home (in 2020), she had it SOLD in a matter of days. Finding my next home wasn’t as easy due to Covid and the market at that time but Cheryl persisted and guided me to make sure that I made the right decisions and I’m so grateful to her for that. She has always made herself available when I’ve needed her, as if I was her one and only client. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cheryl as a realtor and as a person in general.
