Cheryl did an awesome job selling my home. I met with her before we remodeled the home. It was not in the best of condition. Cheryl told me what's selling homes is the condition as it relates to the price. Of course we looked at the market in our neighborhood too. Once we did all the things we needed to do to get the home listed we were very pleased with an offer right away. I'm certain that following Cheryl' s advise made all the difference in the world. We got the home sold quickly without major problems. The buyers were very happy with the home too! It's true what they say about having the right agent. Bottom line.....I needed someone who was honest and dependable. I was stationed overseas and needed a home for my family on our PCS move. Since I couldn't actually see the homes I wanted Cheryl to preview them for me. I needed her honesty on the reply regarding the homes. She took care of every aspect of the sale.
