I believe my responsibility is to my clients. I will address their concerns and provide the highest level of customer service so they always feel comfortable while working with me. I will honor my fiduciary duty, uphold the highest code of ethics, and strive to exceed all of my client’s real estate expectations. I am not in the real estate home selling industry. I am in the real estate CUSTOMER SERVICE and MARKETING industry. I feel that it is my responsibility to build relationships, trust and to negotiate for my clients. I will always try to proactively learn, implement and adjust to the changing real estate industry and to the specific needs of each and every one of my clients. I will maintain a professional business practice, and negotiate fairly and honestly with my colleagues.

In 2014, we saw one of the best recovery years we have seen in over a decade. In 2015, the housing recovery trend continued in a positive direction. As I look into 2016, home sales should increase and home prices will increase but at a nominal and sustainable rate. I will continue, with Re/Max All-Pro to be active in our City of Lancaster Partnership, Fair Partnership, City Events, LA County Airshow, Carting for a Cure and local Fundraisers, Social Media and online marketing to maintain premier market presence in the A.V. real estate segment.
