Cheryl Webber

Cheryl’s career in real estate has spanned three decades and her success can be attributed to an unwavering dedication and commitment to service. She continued this legacy with a focus on successful experiences that keep satisfied customers coming back for years to come. Cheryl is an expert in short sale negotiations, marketing, buyer representation, general contracting, and investing and has a decade of building experience. She is a past member and served on the board of the Master Builders Association of King County and the City of Seattle. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, gardening, and hot yoga! She also loves to cook and entertain. Cheryl grew up in Seattle and married into a real estate family business in 1979 collaborating with her husband late Jim Veldwyk. Together they have raised two children and have nine beautiful grandchildren.
