Cherylina is so patient and considerate. When we first began looking to sell our house and purchase another, Cherylina was there every step of the way. She was realistic in what the process was, what we could expect, etc. This whole time, she has been kind and caring along with being pragmatic. At one point, we thought we had found a house but then changed our minds; she didn't refuse to work with us or blame us for wasting her time. She has kept in contact this whole time and now that we're kind of stepping back from this journey, she supported even that decision. She I knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer, isn't scared to say so and find the answer. I would recommend Cherylina as a realtor.

I recommend Cherylina to anyone and everyone. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and VA, so it was challenging at times to find something perfect for us, but Cherylina stood behind us for every high and low during our home buying experience. She was in our corner without a doubt, fought for us and put our needs first above everything else. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. She has the biggest heart and is always looking for ways to help her clients in any way she can, and til this day checks in on my husband and I and our daughter. CHERYLINA. IS. THE. BEST!!!

Cherylina is an awesome real estate lady. She goes above and beyond what I'm sure is a normal day for her, our case is not so normal and she handled it fantastically.she is always there to answer any phone calls or return phone calls she's answers any questions you may have or she'll figure it out, she is on top of her paperwork. Most of all she is a real good, caring person. I would highly recommend her any day of the week!
