Chichi E. Ahia, SIOR

Chichi is the Executive Director, Principal, and Broker of Record at SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, where he primarily serves the markets of Eastern Pennsylvania and Central through Southern New Jersey. He holds a real estate broker license in six states. Before joining SVN, Chichi held the position of Executive Director for the regional division of a nationally-branded, full-service commercial real estate services firm. He has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer, earning numerous sales and performance awards, and currently ranks in the top 1% in production among SVN Advisors internationally.

Recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top Real Estate Brokers in the Suburban Philadelphia market, Chichi achieved a top 5% ranking in client satisfaction from 2010 through 2020. In 2014, he was honored as one of America's Most Honored Professionals by the American Registry. Additionally, Chichi has earned the prestigious SIOR designation and currently serves as the President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) board of directors. The SIOR designation is a testament to his knowledge, experience, and success in commercial real estate, and it is globally recognized as a symbol of the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, production, and ethics in the industry.

Residing in Bucks County with his wife, Sabrina, and their four daughters and identical twin sons, Chichi is actively involved in business development, training, and mentoring professionals starting businesses during his "free time." He holds the position of chairman of the board of directors for a regional financial institution and serves in an advisory capacity to various business organizations. Chichi is also engaged in his church activities and is a skilled musician, playing several instruments at a professional level. Alongside Sabrina, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family.
