Having earned a degree in Entrepreneurship with a focus on Real Estate and a minor in Management, Chinh has a solid history of managing residential real estate and leading teams. He has utilized his strategic planning and leadership ability to coordinate, support, and mentor teams to efficiently and effectively manage challenges that might arise.

From getting a home ready to present it to the global audience, searching for a dream home, and negotiating contracts among sellers and buyers; client satisfaction is the objective. He aspires to understand his client's motivation and develops a plan catered specifically to everyone’s goals. He systematically implements and executes First Team's tried and true business model to deliver results.
