Chip Reid

Chip Reid has been a REALTOR for 19 years and worked for Ebby Halliday the entire time. He has been very blessed in the real estate industry and achieved the top producer status in our Southlake Ebby Halliday office consistently over the course of his career. He has been the recipient of the VIP Excellence in Customer Service Award, which truly means more to him than any other accolade because it is based on reviews from his clients and the service, he provides them.

As a Houston native, he graduated from Memorial High School. The University of Texas was his choice for his undergraduate studies and from there he went on to graduate from The Culinary Institute of America in upstate New York. During his 18 years in the restaurant industry he lived in Rhode Island, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Detroit, Santa Monica, and finally landed in Southlake. Having moved twenty-two times in 16 years at one point in his life, he has total empathy for buyers. Moving to a completely new area can be stressful and often feel overwhelming. His goal is to take as much of that stress and worry away from his clients through the process of buying or selling a home.

Chip and Heidi have been married for 24 years have two amazing daughters. Aspen (23) is a recent graduate from The University of Alabama and is working for UBS in New York City. Logan (19) is a first-year student at The University of Alabama and is enjoying life. Both his girls went K-12 through Carroll ISD, and they are a Dragon family for life!
