Born in Sun Valley Idaho Chip is a graduate from Naples High School. Chip and his family have resided in old Naples since 1980. His local hands-on knowledge is unrivaled.

Chip’s career started in the service industry where he owned and operated several local restaurants in Naples. As a part of the local business community Chip has seen and participated in the development of 5th Avenue South and Third Street South redevelopment over many years.
