Chip Wilkison

Nashville Native of over 30 years, Chip Wilkison went to the Oak Hill School and then on to high school. When it came time for college, he chose the College of Charleston, in Charleston, South Carolina. It was an exciting four years for him; he graduated with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. However, after graduation, he knew it was time to come home! When he arrived, he got his license, and the rest is history. As a native Nashvillian, he can help you find your perfect home with comfort and ease. He is continually active in the community and Realtor community. It is uncommon for him to go anywhere and not see a familiar face, which he enjoys very much. It makes house hunting much easier when he can find something off market for a Buyer. He is enthusiastic about a lot of things in Nashville. The first being his Cavalier, Chloe. They are active members of the Nashville Cavaliers. He also serves on many committees, such as for the Symphony Fashion Show, A Cause for Paws, Gilda's Club, Ballet Ball, Light Up the Night, Martinis and Mistletoe, and Swan Ball Late Party Auction. He loves hikes in The Warner Parks and a bike ride in his neighborhood. It is hard for him to find something he does not like. He likes to think of it as a flight - we take off, reach cruising altitude, prepare for any unexpected light turbulence (very unlikely), and then we land after a wonderful time.
