Chirayu (Chip) Patel

Chip was born and raised in India and moved to the U.S. in 2013. After completing his bachelor's degree in architecture in 1999, he worked with an awarded firm for five years and pursued his own practice concurrently.

During Chip professional career of almost 15 years, he designed and executed various projects in the capacity of an Architect, Interior Designer and Landscape Designer. During the first couple of years after moving, he managed his family-owned business.

Having a background in architecture, a real estate profession was an ideal choice to venture into as a new career. His background has helped to utilize his skill set in understanding and catering to the needs of clients in their best possible interest. Chip hope that he will be able to service and fulfill the needs of an individual and the society at large. Apart from Architecture Design, his other interests are Photography, Fine Arts, Nature, Food, Cultures, Economy, and Philosophy.
