Chris Bellinder

He moved to Charleston in 2016 from the Columbia area where he lived with his wife Erin and two kids, Brayden, and Ashlynn for 8 years. Prior to relocating to SC, he was born and raised in Kansas and graduated with a BA in Biology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where he met his wife. When not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time outside at the beach or on the boat with his family and their dog Finn. Prior to joining RealtyONEGroup Coastal, he worked in the human health field for 8 years and the animal health field for 4 years, so has a strong background in sales and negotiations. He is passionate about helping people and looks forward to advising them on all their real estate needs. Having relocated a number of times in previous careers, he is a skilled relocation professional and enjoys helping people relocate and acclimate to the Charleston area! He will work hard to find their next home or sell their current home, making the process as streamlined as possible by educating and partnering with them to meet their needs.
