First, Chris loves what she does! She loves selling Charlotte! Listing and selling in the Queen City and surrounding areas never grows old. She has a steadfast faith and exuberance for life that permeates all my activities. Her career in real estate began many years ago when she became a single mom. Prior to this, the biggest job she ever held was PTO President of her children’s school.
This was not going to provide the funds needed to send her gifted children to college, so she embarked upon her first true career as a realtor. Chris will always be grateful to her loyal clients and friends who continue to keep her as a top producer through many transactions and constant referrals. Chris’s success as a realtor enabled me to send my daughter to Wake Forest University and to the WFU School of Medicine. Her many clients, who now have become some of my dearest friends, have allowed my business to thrive and grow throughout the years. Chris has been incredibly blessed and was recently honored by the North Carolina Association of Realtors for “valuable and lasting contribution in the real estate profession” with status of Realtor Emeritus. Chris and her Husband Forrest live in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. They remain active in our church and community and have a wonderful, blended family with five children, five grandchildren, and two adorable ragdoll cats.
