About Chris

For Chris Bunnell, family comes first. He understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful family endeavor, and he has learned how to make these transitions and transactions as smooth as possible. Over the past two decades he has witnessed a transformation of the Orlando area, and he is eager to share that experience and expertise.

Chris started his real estate career with Watson Realty in 2008. He and his wife Kris were among the first residents in the Horizon West development, and he is an active leader in that community. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Chris worked at Walt Disney World Resort where he honed customer service and marketing skills that have helped him to become one of Central Florida’s top residential agents. Chris has been awarded the 5-Star Professional Award for outstanding customer service, and at the request of a client was featured on HGTV's House Hunters.

As a native of Connecticut, graduate of Providence College in Rhode Island, and previous resident of Washington, D.C., Chris understands the challenges of relocating. As a Realtor in Florida, he has worked with relocation clients from top local businesses including Disney, Darden Restaurants, Hard Rock Hotels, Lockheed Martin, and Wyndham Vacation Ownership.

Chris is a proud resident of the Enclave at Berkshire Park in Windermere where he served as vice president for the community's board of directors. He currently sits on the board of directors for Windermere Little League and is a notary public.

Chris and Kris have two active children, so they often find themselves as spectators or volunteers at various events. Chris also enjoys playing tennis, watching baseball, and exploring new attractions, restaurants, and amenities throughout Central Florida.
