About Chris

Chris has been in the real estate industry since 2001 and decided in 2010 that it was time to start her own firm because she wanted the flexibility to work with her clients to offer unparalleled service as well as provide them with an incredible value. So, Villa Realty Associates was created to bring both service and value together to our clients.
A little about Chris personally…

She moved to Vero Beach with her husband and 2 boys from Charlotte, NC in 2006, but had lived most of my adult life in Orlando, FL. While they had lived in fairly large cities before moving to Vero, they quickly fell in love with the small-town atmosphere and could not imagine living or raising our boys anywhere else. Chris grew up in Thomasville, GA, went to Florida State University and then graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and went on to become a CPA. While she was serving as the VP of Finance for a National Developer/Home Builder she gained the knowledge and love of real estate.
