About Chris

Originally from Carteret New Jersey, Chris moved to Ocean County in 1990 and began his real estate career. In 1997 he was hired by Diane Turton to open and manage the Brick Office on Brick Boulevard. Almost 24 years later he is still managing this office which is consistently one of the company’s most productive offices. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and was also awarded the ARC designation for relocation. Chris is very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, including riparian grants and leases, 1031 tax exchanges, negotiating, foreclosures and short sales, commercial and single-family residential sales.
