Over that time, I've sold hundreds of new and resale homes working with local and national builders before launching my own independent brokerage, Indian Springs Real Estate, located inside the Big Rock Pub & Golf Clubhouse at Indian Springs. — I started my career as part of the sales team that built and sold over 700 homes at Indian Springs Golf Club. After the sellout, I joined Shea Homes as Assistant Sales Manager at Trilogy La Quinta, where I oversaw, trained, and motivated a team of up to 14 salespeople through the sale of their final 800 homes. The professional training and experience I gained during my tenure with Shea has been invaluable — both to me and to the clients I've served ever since.
After closing out Trilogy in 2010, I started my brokerage Indian Springs Real Estate, offering full-service representation for buyers, sellers, and rental clients. Since then, I've helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes across the Coachella Valley, and I operate a long term and vacation rental program that helps investors keep their homes occupied and 2nd homeowners maximize their investments with seasonal occupants during our peak winter months.

Even though the browsing of real estate is done online, the buying and selling of real estate is done in person. Knowing that, I have my own on-site office in a high traffic area to interact with locals, connect with those on vacation considering a home in the area, and I host open houses to connect with buyers out shopping without the assistance of another Realtor or Broker.
