Chris Colli

Chris Colli is a Real Estate Broker and Owner of Chestnut Oak Associates. Chris specializes in all facets of real estate and is proud to be a third-generation real estate broker with strong roots in the community. Dedicated to superior communication and transparency, Chris enjoys the daily responsibilities, challenges and benefits that are associated with being a full-time real estate broker.

Since 2010, Connecticut Magazine has given their ‘Five Star Realtor’ award to the top 5% of Connecticut Real Estate professionals based on results and customer satisfaction. Chris has received the ‘Five Star Realtor’ award 10 times since its inception.

Chris is a product of Suffield and attended Suffield Academy. Chris graduated from Babson College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and was a member of the Babson College baseball team. Chris lives with his wife, Kim, their daughters, Finley & Reilly, and their dog, Penny.
