Chris spent 20 years in chief executive roles in non-profits serving families and communities prior to focusing on real estate as a full-time career. Between this experience, and that gained while buying and selling personal and rental properties of my own in the suburbs of Dallas and Detroit before making the Denver area my forever home, he is uniquely equipped to help you find not just a home—but a community that will allow you to thrive.

His greatest satisfaction is when my clients rave about his service (my Above and Beyond Award for routinely surpassing clients' expectations is a treasured accomplishment). "Dialed-in on the data," "super savvy," "flawless execution," and "fabulous communicator" are themes frequently mentioned by clients. His very favorite feedback is when he hears that, besides having helped them be successful, they had fun. His goal with a client is to help them be so wildly successful and pleased with the experience, that he is their real estate guy for life—more than that, that they can't shut-up about me to friends! Anything less and he hasn't met his own goal.

His family is firmly rooted in Castle Rock. His wife, Cami, is an R.N. for Kaiser Permanente. Both daughters play for The Rapids competitive travel soccer club and fight to take our Jack Russell Terrier "Duke" to the dog park. Ayanna goes to Douglas County High School. Aryssa attends Mesa Middle School. He's deeply involved in town government, serving as a Planning Commissioner after previously chairing the Public Safety Commission. He's also very involved with Greenhouse Scholars—most significantly as a mentor. He loves being a part of this community in this beautiful place! He assists clients predominantly in the South Metro Denver Area, frequently in Castle Rock, and am the Next-door Neighborhood Favorite (again) in Terrain where he works as the expert in my own "backyard!"
