About Chris

I began engaging in Real Estate in 2006 as the Gazette's Real Estate Inside Sales representative. From there I became a buyer of my first home and the summer of 2016 I bought my 2nd home. I got my license in late 2016 and have been engaged in learning extensively about the Colorado Springs and Denver markets over the past 2 years. The prior 6 years I have been in finance where I've been proficient in understanding the economic factors that drive our markets. Also, the financial industry has given me a strong platform to learning how individuals spend and save their money and how banks and lenders determine who and why they will lend funds to individuals looking to buy homes. I pride myself on learning and networking. I've been privileged these past 11 years being apart a very vibrant community of 20 and 30 something's in Colorado Springs. I've organized events of 100+ individuals multiple times, and am constantly pondering how to bring more people together in unique ways that foster community. I love seeing people grow their communities and create relationships that last a lifetime. My goal is to listen! Anything can be accomplished if we work together as a team to buy or sell a home. Every reasonable goal of my client can be met and my mission is to make the process as easy as possible so that the burden is lifted off their shoulders.

I also, have an introvert side that leads me to bookstores and coffee shops often where I read and write. I truly love the classics and have officially read 50 of them so far and want to read hundreds more. I also have 2 financial licenses, the series 7 and 66
