Chris DeChristopher

Chris DeChristopher has been married to Kim for over 40 years. Together they have built an amazing family and an equally amazing business. When starting their family, Chris owned one of the largest painting companies in the Inland Empire. But he wanted to do more than just work on homes, he wanted to help people buy them. So, Chris set out to get his real estate license.

In 1990, he got his first job as a Realtor at Century 21 Golden West in Lake Elsinore, CA. Within just a few years, he was the top producer! This is where his passion for real estate started and would continue through the years. In 1998, Chris joined the team at Rancon Real Estate in Menifee, CA. He was the top agent every year he worked for Rancon... 9 years straight! He wanted to pass his passion on to his family and he knew getting his Broker's License was the next step in his career.

Chris now owns DeChristopher Properties and has created a team of realtors and specialists that offer more than 40 years of experience.
