I had a very good experience working with Chris on my house searching and my rental. I am extremely impressed by her profession and responsibility for her clients. She does the full stack service from house searching to closing, which is very helpful and convenient for clients since she is the single point of contact. She is a super nice person and we remain friendship ever since. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking for an agent in Austin area.

Christine “Chris” was super easy to work with from the very start of our first-time home buying journey. She was responsive, flexible and available to show my husband and me houses according to our schedule. She quickly got a sense for what we wanted and provided additional options for us as soon as they became available on the market.

When we decided to put offers in on homes, she gave us honest feedback in a personable and professional manner. She made recommendations that would help us be competitive buyers in a “sellers market,” which ultimately led us to successfully bid on our home. Her assistance did not stop there. She continued to be a part of the process, helping us every step of the way, until closing. She became a family friend throughout the process. It was my first experience buying a home and Chris made it an easy and memorable experience.

I have known Christine Desimone for 16 years now. I first met Christine through a coworker that was very happy with her. She worked with me for over a year in searching properties. Never a complaint, through a myriad of showing homes, even if she stood to make very little in the commission. Christine was very concerned that I purchased something that would make me happy. She is the only Realtor that I made sure to stay in contact with for future sales/purchases hands down!

Christine helped my husband and I sell our house in south Austin before we could even put the sign in the yard. She negotiated a full-price deal while it was still a buyer's market. Then she searched and found us a place in Cedar Park that had everything we wanted. She overcame hurdles and got us the price we were willing to pay. All-in-all, Christine made both buying and selling a stress-free experience for us. We always knew she put our best interests as her first goal.
