About Chris
Chris grew up on a southern Kentucky farm, seventeen miles from Clarksville, and loved every minute of being on the land. While growing up, farming was all he ever wanted to do. By the time he graduated high school Chris had already rented three farms and was well on his way. Twenty years and two neck surgeries later he decided to make a major change in his life. Chris felt that if he worked just as hard as he did farm, he could be successful in selling real estate. That is when he became a licensed real estate agent.
Now, after another twenty years, Chris looks back knowing it was the right decision. He works daily with Betsy and can honestly say they have influence in people’s lives. While he works with land and some commercial, most of their sales are residential. Helping people with what is usually the largest investment they have. Whether it is helping them find the perfect home to purchase or selling their home so they can move on to the next part of their journey in life, it is an extremely rewarding business to be in.
While he makes every effort to see the contract to close goes smooth, he must admit he loves the challenges that often arise. That is the part that is so much like farming was. Managing the transaction through the barriers in the way.
