Chris George

Chris was born and raised in Olathe, KS and currently lives in Prairie Village. He grew up in the home building business in their family business, Chris George Homes, and in addition to his career as a Realtor, he still works for the company today. Chris believes his background in home building and remodeling gives him a very unique perspective as a Realtor. After graduating from St. Thomas Aquinas in 2000 he attended St. Louis University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship before moving back home to begin his career in home building & remodeling. After a few years in the business, he decided he wanted to learn more about the real estate side of things, and he has been a licensed Realtor since 2008 working on new home sales as well as re-sales. Chris loves both of his jobs and enjoys the fact that every day presents a new set of challenges.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and sporting events with his lovely wife Katey. He is also a semi-retired player and current Executive Board member of the Kansas City Blues Rugby Club. Rugby has been a passion of his for over ten years now. When he returned home from college in 2006, he helped start the Aquinas Rugby team and coached there until 2012. Chris has also been a Big Brother since 2007 and has had the great experience of watching his Little Brother grow into a great young man who will be heading off to college in the Fall of 2015. Crazy how time flies!
