He worked very hard to find just the right buyer and never stopped until the right one came along. Chris Hagerman is by far the best Realtor I have had the experience to work with. I live out of state and was looking to sell my property in Roseville, California area. I asked my local Realtor if she knew anyone in the Roseville, CA area and was referred to a few Realtors to interview. After the interview process, it was an easy decision to go with Chris Hagerman. His overall knowledge of the Northern California area from first-hand experience, top-notch marketing skills, and professionalism are just a few of the reasons I decided to choose Chris. Not to mention, he is one of the most genuine, honest, and down-to-earth people I have met. The best part is I didn't have to travel at all! Chris Hagerman handled the entire process; copying keys, connecting me with local contractors, letting said contractors in for repairs, scheduling inspections, sending documents via DocuSign, scheduling professional photographers, virtual walkthroughs of the house for potential buyers, negotiating and vetting buyers, honestly, the list could go on! Even though I wasn't physically there, Chris Hagerman was always giving me updates on my property, which is great because I was never left wondering what is going on in the timeline or transaction. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest and extremely helpful are just some of Chris’s great traits immediately come to my mind. We met Chris when we were looking to buy a small mobile home to move my daughter and her twin daughters from Seattle to Sacramento. The transaction went great and we were so happy with the great services Chris provided, we asked him to list the same house a year later when we put it back on the market. Chris sold it within 2 days with $10k over asking price. There was a little hiccup from the buyer side and Chris took the initiative to solve the issue so we can close the deal as scheduled.
What impressed us the most is even the transaction was small, as the home originally sold for $40,000, Chris still very professional and always on top of things to ensure all the closing dates take place on time. The great part was we always been informed of each step. Chris ensure to check in even after the transaction already done in case we have any follow up questions. We love his positive and friendly attitude! We would not hesitate to recommend Chris to my family and friends for all real estate needs.

Chris is amazing. I interviewed and used two realtors that just didn’t have our interest in mind prior to being referred to Chris. He engaged quickly, started sending us homes to view, listened to our needs and wants in a home and really seemed to care about us getting the home we dreamed of. Not only did Chris operate professionally and super personable, but he navigated the tense and hyper busy COVID market with patience, grace and efficiency. He called on pending homes for us when other realtors wouldn’t bother. Chris works for you. Chris is now a friend of ours because he was so nice and easy to work with. If you have a chance to work with Chris you will be treated like your buying a million dollar home even if it’s $100k. Chris is good people and I count myself lucky to have had him as a realtor.

I know that I could trust Chris Hagerman to be honest and dependable. I needed to purchase a very specific home and needed my agent to act swiftly.

There are so many moving parts when buying or selling a home. Chris Hagerman was there every step of the way! From writing a competitive offer( that ultimately got us the home), to scheduling inspections.

Chris handled weeks of complicated paperwork and forms, I truly could not have done it without him! My 90 Year old grandmother whom lives out of town was also involved in the process.
