Chris Harris made the process of selling our current home and purchasing another a breeze!!! One thing I really appreciated, was how he let the agents viewing our home for sale know that I had a newborn, and to not take their time. His communication and response time was amazing, we were never left waiting on a response from him. He offered his expertise, yet listened to what we wanted, and let us make the decisions. From our lender, to home inspector, to repair person, he had someone lined up for us, unless we wanted to use our own. I could go on. He's just exceptional at what he does! Thank you Chris!

Chris helped me during a pivotal point in life. He was more knowledgeable and upfront than any realtor I have worked with in the area. Most importantly he didn't try to push anything on me or my family. Chris remained true to our request and needs when others tried to push what they felt would be best. Along the way he also helped find ways to help fix my home for sale and the one I purchased. He is amazing and I wouldn’t use anyone else ever. Chris Harris was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I’m so glad they sent me his direction! Chris is very responsive to every text or question you have for him and will answer you whenever you need him. He’s very respectful and professional and he doesn’t feel like he’s forcing a sale on you. If a house isn’t the one for you he won’t try and make you believe it is just to get money in his pocket. But when you do find that house that’s for you he will also do whatever it takes to close that deal! When I bought my house the seller tried doing some lowball counter offer that affected me and Chris stepped up and took that hit instead of me to allow the sale to go through. He also cares about you as a person/family. I mentioned that I wanted to start bladesmithing while looking for houses and every once and a while I’ll get a text from him asking how the house and family are doing and ask how the forge is coming along. All around great guy. I would recommend Chris Harris to anyone. When I’m ready to sell this house and look for a new one he’s the guy I’m going to call.
