About Chris

Chris moved to Charleston in the late 90s after spending much of his early career in the hospitality industry living in Nantucket, MA, and Aspen, CO. His love of serving people led to a successful career in real estate sales. When the opportunity arose for Chris to join the leadership team of Carolina One as the Managing Broker of the Coleman Blvd office in Mt Pleasant, one of the top producing offices in all of Charleston, he did not hesitate. Chris was fortunate that he was able to combine his passion for real estate with his past hospitality leadership experience to help grow his agents into their own successful careers.

Chris is immensely proud of the Coleman team, both staff and agents, which boasts most of the top agents and teams in the Charleston area. Whether you are considering the purchase of a Charleston area property now or soon, or perhaps you are looking for someone to guide you through the maze of selling a property, give Chris a call. He will be pleased to introduce you to a member of his team who can skillfully guide you through the process.

Chris has been married for 35 years and has two beautiful daughters and a new granddaughter. He carries on his passion for real estate by personally investing in properties and growing his own portfolio. His other interests include painting, woodworking, skiing, boating and almost any outdoor activity. Living in one of the most desirable areas in the country, he does not miss an opportunity to take full advantage of the Charleston Low Country lifestyle and all it has to offer.
