Chris Hewitt

Chris specializes in commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on specific neighborhoods in and around Seattle. He has accumulated valuable skills through his experiences as an investor and adviser with Cannon Commercial. He provides clients with short term and long term strategic planning to achieve their real estate and business goals. He has a proven track record in investment sales, landlord representation and tenant representation.

Chris graduated with a double major at Washington State University with a BA in Business Management and a BA in Human Resource Management. Shortly after graduating, Chris started his career in business-to-business sales where he was a top sales producer. His experience provided him with the skill sets and ingenuity to achieve success in the commercial real estate industry.

As an active member of his community, Chris is associated with various charitable and fund raising events throughout the year. This will be his 7th year as a team captain for The Big Climb which benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is also a committee member in NAIOP (National Association of Office and Industrial Properties), holds a position on the Leadership Committee with the West Seattle BNI Chapter and is a member of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce. Chris is also a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
