He has now been in the Real Estate business for 15 years and his career from the ground up, beginning as an Administrative and Operations Assistant. That role quickly transitioned into a position as a Marketing Coordinator, which then transitioned into the Director of Marketing for one of the largest Marin-based real estate brokerages. First learning the business from the administrative, operations and marketing side has been a tremendous advantage for him. In addition, he has 7 major property renovations over the last few years, and that brings fresh knowledge and experience to every transaction, whether its understanding what projects make sense or putting an accurate number on the cost for different types of renovations. He has a great relationship with his plumber, electrician, stone and tile guys as well as contractors and engineers. He has worked with local planning departments through the permitting process, which includes plan approval and inspections.
