Chris Hounchell

Chris Hounchell, a Broker Associate/REALTOR with RE/MAX Metro, has repeatedly been an award-winning real estate broker in Florida for more than 15 years.

Chris was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club and is a seven-time recipient of the prestigious 100% CLUB award given by RE/MAX International. His outstanding production continues to rank him among the top 100 individual agents in Pinellas County.

Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in the general real estate, pre-foreclosure, short sale and foreclosure markets.

Chris is very active in Tampa Bay’s business and philanthropic communities. He is a committed member of the Bay Area Advisors (BAA), University of Florida Alumni Association, Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and SPHS Green Devil Dads.

Chris graduated in 2002 from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Public Relations.
