In June 2024, we met Chris at an open house he was holding for one of his listings. We were just exploring the OC/DE area and weren't quite ready to buy since but when we saw his listing, we loved it. We had several follow-up conversations with Chris asking about the house and we could tell he was very knowledgeable about the area and the house. He was never pushy. After thinking more about the house we decided to make an offer.

The entire transaction went very smoothly and Chris provided an exceptional home buying experience. The communications, responsiveness and guidance during the process was top notch. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and we were very impressed with his professionalism throughout the process. We highly recommend his real estate service and would definitely enlist his help in any future home purchases in the OC/DE area.

If you are buying or selling a condo or house in Ocean City Md or surrounding communities we would highly recommend Chris Jett. We purchased two oceanfront condos with Chris . He is open, honest and knows the local laws, tax issues, etc.
Since we are non- residents this knowledge base is even more important. When we decided to sell our condos recently we went back to Chris and the entire process was seamless and quick. We had a full offer in one day and settlement 4 to 5 weeks later. We would certainly contact Chris if we would decide to buy again!!

In 2019 Chris sold our house in 5 days. We contacted Chris again to buy another home in OC. Chris immediately got us on his portal to find a new house. When a house popped up that we were interested in, we drove down the next days as we thought it would go quick. We put in an offer and got the house. he was always in constant communication with us. Chris was highly recommended by an acquaintance of my husband and from our first contact we knew he was the one we would move forward with in our search for the perfect home. He possesses all the qualities one looks for in a Realtor; a thorough knowledge of the industry and current housing market, provides immediate responses to emails, texts and calls, is dependable and dedicated, and offers a calm, reassuring, professional and courteous manner from start to finish during the buying process.

It took several months to find exactly what we were looking for and we relied heavily on Chris’ expertise and knowledge of the area to educate us every step of the way. With every request we made he would always provide valuable insight, especially in the areas we were not familiar with. Since we were 3 hours away he managed everything so efficiently that we actually had to do very little. Chris, at Vantage Realty, just helped our family sell my brother's house, and we are so pleased. I have been using Chris's services since he sold us our condo in 2004. We have now done 4 sale transactions with him and because he has always delivered excellent service, we wouldn't consider using anyone else. My brother's house was placed on the market in late fall and the home needed alot of work. Chris was able to analyze the market, the feedback from potential customers who viewed the home, and came back to us with feedback on making adjustments. The adjustments worked and before we knew it, we had 2 offers in one day. The house was sold and we are quite pleased.
