We had been searching for the right Ocean City condo for months, and throughout the entire process, Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly accommodating. Whether it was meeting us in person, previewing properties over video, or helping us quickly evaluate new listings, Chris was there to navigate our questions and concerns.
What really stood out was Chris’s deep knowledge of the local market. He understood the differences between buildings, construction quality, rental potential, neighborhoods, and long-term value, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. He was also calm, professional, and steady during negotiations, which made everything feel much less stressful.
Even after a couple of offers that didn’t work out, Chris stayed positive and continued helping us find the right fit. When we finally found our condo, the entire process from contract to closing was smooth and well-managed.
We truly appreciated Chris’s guidance, responsiveness, and expertise throughout the entire process. We absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Ocean City and surrounding areas.

Chris Jett was a godsend for us while purchasing our first beach home in Ocean City. He has the experience in all the areas, knows what to look for, understands the rules for renting the prospective unit, and the idiosyncrasies that make Ocean City unique.

We began looking at possible properties on line in January and then in person in mid February. We met Chris three separate times to view properties, and we were able to see what our possibilities were based on current and future needs. He navigated the issues regarding contract submittal, negotiations, title fee issues and last minute questions. He has also been available for questions and concerns that have come up since closing.

He having the 30 plus years of real estate experience in the area was crucial to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He did everything possible to see that our contract was accepted and communicated throughout the process. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property in Ocean City!

In June 2024, we met Chris at an open house he was holding for one of his listings. We were just exploring the OC/DE area and weren't quite ready to buy since but when we saw his listing, we loved it. We had several follow-up conversations with Chris asking about the house and we could tell he was very knowledgeable about the area and the house. He was never pushy. After thinking more about the house we decided to make an offer.

The entire transaction went very smoothly and Chris provided an exceptional home buying experience. The communications, responsiveness and guidance during the process was top notch. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and we were very impressed with his professionalism throughout the process. If you are buying or selling a condo or house in Ocean City Md or surrounding communities we would highly recommend Chris Jett. We purchased two oceanfront condos with Chris . He is open, honest and knows the local laws, tax issues, etc.
Since we are non- residents this knowledge base is even more important. When we decided to sell our condos recently we went back to Chris and the entire process was seamless and quick. We had a full offer in one day and settlement 4 to 5 weeks later. We would certainly contact Chris if we would decide to buy again!!

In 2019 Chris sold our house in 5 days. We contacted Chris again to buy another home in OC. Chris immediately got us on his portal to find a new house. When a house popped up that we were interested in, we drove down the next days as we thought it would go quick. We put in an offer and got the house. he was always in constant communication with us. Chris was highly recommended by an acquaintance of my husband and from our first contact we knew he was the one we would move forward with in our search for the perfect home. He possesses all the qualities one looks for in a Realtor; a thorough knowledge of the industry and current housing market, provides immediate responses to emails, texts and calls, is dependable and dedicated, and offers a calm, reassuring, professional and courteous manner from start to finish during the buying process.

Chris, at Vantage Realty, just helped our family sell my brother's house, and we are so pleased. I have been using Chris's services since he sold us our condo in 2004. We have now done 4 sale transactions with him and because he has always delivered excellent service, we wouldn't consider using anyone else. My brother's house was placed on the market in late fall and the home needed alot of work. Chris was able to analyze the market, the feedback from potential customers who viewed the home, and came back to us with feedback on making adjustments.
