About Chris

Chris Johnson bought his first rental property in 1989, and decided in 1992 to get his real estate license and help others buy and sell property. He spent the first three years in the business also working on leasing services as a tenant representative with Leland Properties. The next 14 years, he worked for and then partnered with J. L. Lutz and together, they focused most of their efforts on complexes, multifamily, and ultimately, they also grew into property management too. As of 2012, Chris is the owner of CORE, Realtors, and currently provides a client-centric approach to all levels of property for buyers, sellers, and management clients too.
