My husband and I found ourselves in the undesirable position of having bought a home, using another realtor, during the competitive housing market of early 2022. When we were ready to list our home in the Fall, the real-estate market had taken a sharp downward turn. Chris and Dawn were recommended to us by a colleague. I lost count of the number of Open Houses that Chris held. We always knew that we just needed that one buyer to come through the door. Their marketing strategy paid off and our buyer walked through the door with an acceptable all cash offer. We're now thrilled to say that we no longer own two homes in Scottsdale. Our family have been working with Chris and Dawn for many years. They are by far the most professional realtor/broker that we have worked with.

We sold a house in Arizona and enlisted Chris and Dawn to help us. They were amazing! It was a bigger project than anticipated as we ended up doing a renovation before the sale.
