Coleen Sweatt is one of the best realtors in the business! We could not recommend her more. She was amazing to work with on my father's sale. She was not pushy when he needed breaks from the home search, and continued to help keep him excited throughout the process. For over a year I've been looking online for homes in the Myrtle Beach area. Last summer, I made appointments with several agents to tour new homes. We met with Anita to tour some beautiful communities, mostly in Conway. We had tour homes in Wilmington and Little River areas, so we decided to come home and make a decision. Anita never pressured us, she waited and when we spoke to her, she was ready to be our agent. Anita kept us informed of everything, sent us of pictures of our home been built from the empty lot to our beautifully finished home. She was our eyes and ears and our support during this process, and we are so grateful to her. Anita answered all our questions and concerns very quickly, she was always there for us. We have known Coleen for a few years now. We have quite the story to share about her, we are a family that moved to South Carolina from PA, We found Coleen when we were first thinking about even moving to the Myrtle Beach area, as time went on Coleen would send home that we're on the market, then we decided that we would like to move to the upstate area (Seneca) so Coleen referred us to a realtor in this area and there we built a home there. Coleen keep in touch with us as we were making this house our home. We were in this new build for 8 months when we shocked Coleen, friends and family that this was not the area we wanted to live in. So we contacted Coleen about making the move, she spent time on the phone listening to our value and needs, she asked questions and listened very well, so we looked at homes on the internet and homes that she send. All the showings that we did with Coleen we FaceTime as we were on the other side of the state. Coleen is very knowledgeable about how a home is built and the quality of a house, she does do her homework before showing us the home and she was never pushy about selling a home, she is very honest about what she is and finds. We finally found a new build home that met our needs and values. Coleen showed us the home FaceTime and spent time showing it. We agree that we wanted the home and she worked with the building agent on the price, down payment. We meet with her and the agent the need weekend and finalized the deal. We were a month out to close and in that time she work with the agent, builder, mortgage company and lawyers. She was with us at the inspection of the home and at closing. I would have to say if you are looking for a realtor that is very knowledgeable about the quality of a home and knowledgeable about the process of closing you need to contact Coleen Sweatt

We got in contact with Chris Koppel through her BRG website. My family was looking to relocate to MB from WVa. She was very informative during my conversation with her over the phone. We arrived in Feb to look at houses. We spent one day with her and found the house we was looking for. Chris gave us suggestions for home inspections for our home before going to market, this was very helpful in selling our home quickly. She also was very helpful in doing the walk throughs for our home in MB before closing, I was not able to travel due to COVID 19. Overall she kept me grounded and informed during the entire process. Due to COVID 19, we went to bed the night before closing not knowing if we would close on that day. Chris and her team worked very hard to make sure everything went as planned.
