Chris LaCava of Coldwell Banker goes above and beyond what is traditionally expected of a real estate broker. Chris is the Wikipedia definition of the most considerate, hardworking, always available real estate broker. From the outset, Chris was beyond patient while interacting with three indecisive siblings. Should we sell our mom’s condo? Or should we fix it up and sell it? In an effort to help us decide, Chris introduced us to contractors who could do the work, as well as contractors who wanted to buy the unit and renovate it. While deciding, we faced the enormous task of emptying the unit and Chris, once again, had suggestions for us on how to do that, checking in with us every step of the way over the course of a year. Once we made a unanimous decision to sell, Chris listed the unit and secured a buyer less than 24 hours later. The sale, like everything else Chris had helped us with, was a smooth and easy transaction. Look no further for your real estate needs! Chris LaCava is the best!
