About Chris

Focused on residential sales from 1989 through 1997. Became a Broker in 1998 and began to assist in the redevelopment of downtown Chula Vista Calif.. I became involved in land acquisition and office (including medical) leasing. I later became involved with sales and leasing of industrial buildings and leasing of retail space. In 2002, I formed a group of like-minded business persons to evaluate and organize a public/private entity to pursue the redevelopment of downtown Chula Vista California. After five years of intense work, the Chula Vista Redevelopment Corporation was formed and approved by the elected officials of Chula Vista, CA. I am currently the Chair person of this 7 member board of directors and responsible, under the auspices of hte City Council, for all the redevelopmet activities within the designated redevelopment area of the City.
