Chris Linscheid

Chris was born in Yorkshire, England to an English mother and a Polish father. The family moved to Ireland when Chris was five years old.

Upon completing his schooling, Chris returned to England to study Fashion Design and Clothing Technology at Manchester’s Hollings College. After graduation, Chris worked for several well-known British designer labels before taking up a post in Johannesburg, South Africa.

After working as the VP and eventually the President of several large clothing manufacturers in Swaziland and South Africa, he and his wife Gaby settled in Cape Town in the late nineties. There they opened businesses in various segments of the tourism industry, placing a great deal of emphasis on the education and empowerment of their staff.

After relocating to Charlotte with Gaby in 2011, Chris started remodeling and building single-family homes. It was during this period that Chris realized his affinity for dealing with both buyers and sellers, which led him to become a Realtor®.

With Charlotte and its surrounding areas growing at such an enormous rate, it is evolving into an exciting place to be both an investor and Realtor®. In his spare time, Chris enjoys squash, cycling, and travel, as well as pursuing the thriving cultural side of Charlotte with Gaby.
