Chris Lucibello and Victoria Parks-Murphy are a great team. They helped us to sell our house in a record time. I should mention, it was during first lockdown in March 2020. It took only a week from putting the house on the market to get multiple offers and we closed it in 18 days!!!! Wow!!! They were on top of everything, providing their expertise, top notch service and wealth of knowledge all the way through the process. We couldn't be happier and satisfied with his wonderful team that I would recommend to anyone. Besides being a true professional, they are a very nice and charming people, which makes everything easier.

I was fortunate to be referred to them by my coworker and recently they helped my sister to buy a property as well. Now they have another grateful and loyal customer for life. Its very important to find "your people", who you can trust and be sure that they have your back.

We were extremely lucky to have been referred to Chris and Vicki by a couple from work (who had also been referred by another couple from work with a great experience) and we are now the third in a line of extremely happy homeowners.

Chris and Vicki were both wonderful to have on our side as we navigated purchasing a home for the first time. We can’t tell you how grateful we are for their knowledge of the area and the insights they shared as we explored different neighborhoods and property options. Both patient and personable, Chris and Vicki were always willing to make themselves available to explain (and re-explain) as we went along.

I don’t know how they did it, but from the beginning to end of our search – which took about four months – they always made us feel like a priority, they never dismissed us no matter how naïve we felt, and we truly trusted that they were working to represent our best interests through every step and every offer without rushing us into something we wouldn’t absolutely love.

We never would have ended up in our new home if it weren’t for Chris and Vicki’s amazing guidance and teamwork. One month after closing, we grow more excited and come to love and appreciate our new home each passing day. We are so grateful to them, we so appreciate them, we really can’t recommend them enough. Continuing to sing their praises is the least we can do, and we are happy and enthusiastic to do so.

Working with Chris and Vicki was an absolute blessing. We were first-time home buyers without any practical knowledge of the process. Not only did Chris have incredible patience with us, he also guided us to work with great people regarding financing and homeowners insurance that we wouldn't have found otherwise. Trying to buy a property in LA right now is no joke and at times was a defeating process. Each time we found out our offer was not accepted Chris and Vicki said, "It's just the beginning, we will find you your new home!" They were so responsive to emails, text messages, scheduling viewings, and writing up offers that we felt like we were the only buyers they were working with, which obviously is not the case! In addition to being amazing at helping people find homes, Chris is just such an awesome, fun and caring person. Chris Lucibello is an incredible asset to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home in Los Angeles. We have had the pleasure of buying our last two homes with Chris’ help, and we absolutely could not have accomplished either transaction without his guidance and hard work. We recently purchased a new home which ran into major complications due to the Covid-19 shut down, which occurred in the middle of our escrow period. Chris worked tirelessly to ensure the deal did not derail (despite the lender trying their best to make it do so). He ended up pushing the deal through, and even negotiated a substantial amount of repair credits from the seller, which made a significant and positive financial impact for us. Chris is calm, knowledgeable, professional, and an extremely hard worker who does everything in his power to get the best deal possible for his clients. We cannot speak highly enough of our experiences with his business, and highly recommend him and his team to anyone in the market for a new home.

My wife and I have used Chris for 3 major real estate transactions, which included the purchase of our first home, the sale of our first home, and the purchase of our follow-up home.

Chris took the time to actually get to know us, before attempting to make real estate suggestions. He always went out of his way to meet us to look at homes, take phone calls if we have questions, or meet in person just to chat.

Highly, highly recommend him. If my wife and I purchase another home in the Los Angeles area, he'll be our guy!
