Chris was very proactive from the start. He aggressively and strategically marketed my townhouse in Pasadena, resulting in multiple competing bids and a sale price well over asking! Two months later, he negotiated tirelessly to get me my first single family home, beating out other offers. Most importantly, he managed my expectations and kept me grounded throughout the entire process, which could have otherwise been very stressful due to Covid! Thank you, Chris!
