Chris was a pleasant change from our last experiences with realtors. He didn't try to sell any additional expenses like staging, but at the same time, invested time and money where it mattered most which was professional pictures and provided comments for staging himself. He was more than happy to lend a hand and move stuff in the house to get it ready for showings. He was also honest in setting expectations about price and fixes needed. He also spent time looking for a house that fit our taste. It was easy for anyone to search house using searches set up, but he had good idea of the area and fair price for the house. Chris is a excellent realtor and true professional. Chris has vast knowledge and experience in real estate with all kinds of sales and purchases scenarios. I just moved into a house that my family love very much where I went through selling and buying in the same time. We were nervous at first as the area we were looking is a red hot market and we only wanted to buy in 2 zip codes and most importantly we had to sell our house first but we only wanted to sell it when we find a house that we like to offer. Well, Chris did it 31 days. That’s from the day we list our house and moved into the new house. We were very satisfied in both the sale and purchase. We had full listing price in selling within a short time and also beat other competitive offers in buying in hot market area with our contingencies offer. We met with several realtors who had only one thing in mind and that was selling. None of them took the time to get to know us. When Chris came he built a team, created a story and sold us a future. What I mean is we both had two complete different ideas and concept of lifestyle. He got to know us and picked out the best things on our wish list, combined them, and draw a beautiful picture for us. We were sold on that story and wanted exactly that. he genuinely cares. Recently Chris handles the sale of my home of nearly 15 years. It was quite simply the very best real-estate experience I've ever had. If you are considering if you should hire Chris, or keep looking for another agent, you can stop looking, you found your guy, Exceedingly professional, timely, responsible, proactive, patient, honest, really really patient, and a just a great guy to work with. No matter what situation we threw at him, he adapted and found a way to make it work. I can't remember Chris ever saying Geez, that's not going to work. He alway found a way, or gave me a healthy number of 'best choice options'. In addition to selling the house in Mission Viejo, Chris was also instrumental in helping me locate a new place to live. We had a very short time, and a very specific list the new home had to have. He was exceedingly patient as we viewed one potential property after another. All total we saw in excess of 35 properties by the time a final selection was made. During this time Chris made sure all the critical items were laid bare, so there would be no surprises. When it came time to make an offer on the new property, we were one of 11 other potential tenants bidding. I know if Chris had not been intricately involved in the process, we would have lost the property, but we didn't. We got what we wanted and at a price lower than FMV. I promised Chris all my future Real-Estate business, and have been overjoyed to recommend him to my friends, family, and colleagues. It is really hard to know who to trust nowadays and with all uncertainties of this type of transaction its really easy to get 'taken'. Well, good news for you, Chris is a extremely rare 'Sure Thing'. Chris did an amazing job, from start to finish. He got a handle on what we were looking for very quickly, and filtered all of the listings better than we could have done on our own. He didn't mind showing us a lot of houses in a day, or driving between multiple cities to do it. Chris knew what it took to put in a competitive offer. We got the house we really wanted! He was very helpful through the escrow process as well. Chris answered calls, emails, and texts right away. Chris is an absolute powerhouse of efficiency and service. I found him through my mortgage officer, and had probably consulted with 28-30 realtors in a 2 year period. His instructions were clear, his attention to detail was impeccable and his service level incomparable. Our first interaction was a 28-minute interview to find what we liked and didn't like, and he laid bare his intent while we would view properties together: you look at the home and I'll look at the house. Let that be a lesson, if your realtor isn't trying to learn what you like and don't like thoroughly and eagerly, keep looking! He was a constant source of information we would never have known: installation quality, remodel details, reno potential, literally everything you fear other realtors would hide or fail to disclose. Sometimes it's hard to notice those things because you're so busy examining the potential of a home. He treated us like we were his close family members throughout. Need something at midnight? You got it. Questions that are outside his purview or responsibility? Got those too. He gave us the greatest gift during such a complex and sometimes scary time: comfort. We went literally from calling him on a Sunday afternoon to putting an offer on Monday, to signing papers Tuesday. He can work at breakneck pace if it's what you need. He even got us in to view a property whose listing agent couldn't! At all times he was punctual, eager, kind and just plain friendly. My only regret is I can only buy a first home with him the one time =] In all matters relating to negotiation and escrow he was forthcoming and happy to explain anything we didn't understand. It really was like having a brother in real estate. His is the supreme level of care you provide to someone whose success you value. More highly recommended than I can possibly express; he is a credit to and an exemplar for his industry. Chris is your guy, no questions about it. This man should wear a cape. I can't say enough about how perfect Chris was for the selling process. This was the first time that I have ever sold a property and there is a level of nervousness that I possessed as a result. Chris put me at ease every step of the way when something came up that I didn't understand (which was everything). Best.Realtor.Ever !!! I met Chris a couple years ago, and he helped me with my property purchase. I had not invested in a home for over 30 years, so I had a lot of questions. This will sound like a commercial for Chris but all is true. We found Chris after talking to the four highest rated realtors in the area. I interviewed all four over the phone and met with the two best. Choosing Chris was an easy decision. Ours was an estate sale of my parents house. We had done lots of analysis and had settled on an asking price. Chris convinced us we could do better, worked behind the scenes and sold the house before the listing hit the market - at asking price (which was above our target)! Very professional and respects his work. Even in a tough market and the area we were looking for we were able to purchase a home.
