Chris Mokler

Christopher J Mokler (Chris) is a licensed Realtor and Lobbyist in the State of Wisconsin, and the Director for Governmental Services at KW Commercial in Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and has experience in working with all aspects of Real Estate. Chris began working with his family business as a teenager and made his first real estate investment in 1989.

Chris has a broad knowledge of Multi-family Land Development, Commercial and Residential building, Coin Laundry, Car Washes, land, and much more. Chris has been involved with related trade organizations for over twenty years, currently serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Wisconsin Apartment Association, and serves as one of the association’s Lobbyists.
